6. Your problem:
when testing new soft phone Zoiper "http://www.zoiper.com/free.php" I got very strange URL
it looks like this sip:1006164%20@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5060
the sip account and password and caller ID name is 1006164 not 1006164%20 any body can help ? |

"%20" means a space code.
You might have set a space code in the end of the user name..
