I am using the rule under which all the numbers that begin with 7 or 8 or 9 and have 8 digits exactly it is shared for ITSP, but I am only having a problem with the numbers that begin with 8. In PBX in " Voicemail review / is Setting prefix " also fastened to 8, can this be connected directly to my problem?

to -->sip:([7-9])(.{7})@

From --> sip:&v1@200.184.77.145
to --> sip:$1$2@200.184.77.145

should not relate to voicemail review prefix 8.
Do you have any other ARS or dial plan which is defined with 8?
or you can change the voicemail retrieve prefix to another number to see if the same thing happens
