Hello there ,
I'm having a problem using 1satge dialing, I can make PSTN to VOIP calls & vise versa using 2 stage dialing , but when I use 1 stage dialing I can make PSTN to VoIP calls normaly but when I want to do voip to pstn call I dial 9xxxxxxx then press call botton the I hear the pstn tone after that I have to dial my desired phone # to reach it!!
Q1) is there a different between ARS for 1 & 2 stage dialing?
Q2) I want to use my softphone to reach a pstn no. & dial [ 9xxxxxxx]
(9=prefix for out calls, xxxxxxx= pstn no.) what should be the correct ARS for 1 stage dialing?
Thanks for all.. |

I think, only 1 stage dialing need ARS.
2 stage dialing doesn't go through ARS, but need to register to your SIP Server. You need to dial the GW FXO number, which you can find at SIP Server/registered clients/ after FXO registered successfully, and when you hear dial through sound, dial the PSTN number. |
