|
|
We are fairly new to the VOIP world and we are trying to do something we think is fairly simple but not having much luck. We are willing to pay for someone to set us up with what we need.
#1 We have remote staff in different parts of the country using Softphones.
#2 We have a adtran TA904 VOIP gateway in our main office that takes traffic via SIP and sends it to our PBX using PRI. This gateway is currently working with several SIP providers that send us VOIP traffic from the PSTN.
#3 We need the remote staff to be able to dial into our PBX using the softphone through the adtran TA904 unit.
With our limited understanding of how the SIP server works we attempted to set up a test but keep failing. The calls don't complete to the TA904.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. We would like to purchase this product and support the vendor but need to get it working first.
Thank You,
Kurt |
