6. Your problem:
In a keyphone, sometimes the operator will press a button on the phone and say "Michael, you have a call at line 1". This broadcast will be sent to all the phones.
Can this be achieved with SIP PBX? |

Yes, Brekeke PBX supports the voice broadcast, Try to use paging function that is supported by v2.2.
