1. Brekeke Product Name and version:

2. Java version:

3. OS type and the version:

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html :

6. Your problem: I would like to block calls that do not provide callerid. I would like to request that the caller enter their telephone number to continue with the call coming into the system.

How can I do this?

Hi Doug,

You can block calls without caller id and play them a message that you don't accept calls without caller id, but they would have to hang up and dial again with an unblocked caller id to complete the call.

What steps do I take to determine that there is no callerid and then play a message?

Sorry I am not aware of how to set this up.

Thanks.
