Calling name and number on outbound calls

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:any Endpoint - sangoma netborder tdm gateway

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html :

6. Your problem: what V files are used to populate the name and number for outbound calls from mtpbx to gateway.

do you need to modify the caller id and sip number for outbound call?
you can define it in ARS pattern out deploy pattern From

Yes please, I would like to modify both. My current ARS Out is setup as follows

<sip:&v5@192.168.10.102>

In the v5 option if I have a number there the outbound call fails, If I put a name there the call completes but there is no name or number identified in a packet capture.

If these fields are not populated what will Brekeke post to the PSTN, some default setting per tenant?

it will show the caller number, if caller is pbx user from will be the pbx user number showing in the tenant/users,
