How can I set up a conference group with the number 1000, and any one dials 1000 can enter the conference?

I met with necessity to configure conference rooms. However, there is not above mentioned section neither in the guide liked below, nor within late version of that document, issued at February 2010.
I didn't also find appropriate information in WiKi. Though conferencing services are mentioned in PBX description.

Could you navigate me with a documentation where I can read, please ?
