1. Brekeke Product Name and version:
Brekeke PBX, Version 2.4.9.0 , Multi-Tenant

2. Java version:

3. OS type and the version:
Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Addition

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html :

6. Your problem:

With all my newly created Tenants, I can make outbound calls and the DID assigned to these tenants shows on the recipient’s phone.

The problem is that when I return the call on the DID assigned to the Tenant, my system does not pass it on to the IP address of the tenant, put passes it back to my Service provider’s IP address.

All my old tenants - created before the 29th of June 2011, are working just fine.

When I recreate the new tenant as a group of one of my old tenants, everything works 100% - the same tenant name, the same password, the same DID, just another Tenant-group ID.

What am I doing wrong?

Yes I also think so. What I cannot understand is why my older client work 100%, but the new ones don't, yet they are using the same dial plan and ARS
