6. Your problem:
Hi,
We have an issue with our ARS plans on the server, our ITSP wants us to send all calls to then in 00+CC+Number format only and our local users dial intl calls is 00+CC+Number format and local calls in 0+Number format.
We have created two Pattern outs as below for the above requirement and only calls made in intl format are reaching our ITSP and working, all calls made in local format fail to reach reach our ITSP and fail with user busy on our phones and missed call in cal logs. the calls are made from UK so CC 44 is added before sending local calls to ITSP.
Can some on look into the issue and advice please.

Out 2
Matching Patterns

To: sip:0([1-3]{7,13})@
is it To: sip:0([0-9]{7,13})@ ?
with sip:0([1-3]{7,13})@, only match to call with prefix 0 and followed by number with only 1, 2, 3 in number digits
