1. Brekeke Product Name and Version:
2. Java version: 7
3. OS type and the version: Win7 pro
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
CISCO's Unified Communications Manager 8.0.3 and the Cisco 7925 phones
5. Your problem:
In a few days I will be integrating the Jeron Provider 790 nurse call system to a CISCO's Unified Communications Manager 8.0.3 and the Cisco 7925 phones, using the latest version of the brekeke SIP server as the interconnection.
What information will I need from Cisco installers in order to make the integration work properly |

I just did the same integration but am having issue getting audio from the cisco phone to the xlite phone app. It works the other way(xlite to cisco).
We are also getting a invalid number error when dialing the Jeron SIP extension.
I turned the Cisco/Jeron/Brekeke document over to the Cisco tech and its all been done but still cant get it going.
Any ideas? |

Did you enable MTP in the CISCO's setting?
Without MTP, the CISCO will not include SDP (session description protocol) in SIP's INVITE packet. It is a common issue!
If the problem still persists, let you enable the RTP-Relay at the Brekeke SIP Server. It is the setting on the [Configuration]->[RTP] page.
If the above settings don't fix the issue, check the network structure.
Are both CISCO and JERON located on the same network segment?
If not, can they ping each other? |
