Cannot login to SIP server

3.3.4.4 Advanced
2. Java version:
1.8.0_11
3. OS type and the version:
Windows Server 2012 R2, version 6.3
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:

5. Your problem:
Today, I cannot login the SIP server. Previous, I login the SIP server successfully. But my friend can login. What happen?
The browsers responses:

HTTP Status 401 -
type Status report
message
description This request requires HTTP authentication.
Apache Tomcat/7.0.42

Please show me reason and the method to solve!

Because you typed wrong password several times.
Try the login later.
