5. Your problem:
Brekeke ip: 10.10.0.174, Router 58.250.168.3

if Eyebeam is from Lan, then Register OK.
but if Eyebeam from public, Register timeout. Run Wireshark, the Register Request have reached, but sipserver do nothing.

and I do not know how to set these params:

Interface address 1
Remote Address Pattern 1
Interface address 2
Remote Address Pattern 2

Auto interface discovery

External IP address pattern


Can you give me a sample.

Interface address 1 = 58.250.168.3
Auto interface discovery = off
External IP address pattern = BLANK

You can also setup a STUN Server on your server and try using upper registration if you are trying to register to an ITSP.
