5. Your problem:
Does the Brekeke IP PBX support "SIP Presence"? This involves the support of pidf-xml in the SIP messaging, so that the 'status' of a phone (such as 'away', 'available', etc) can be displayed on a phone on the system (either an alphanumeric display or lighting LED's). Also, does the Brekeke IP PBX support a 'manual' day/night mode, where the IVR (auto attendant) message can be different for 'day' and for 'night'?
