Hi ewtto,

Do you mean a user on 4G network can not send SIP-REGISTER to Brekeke SIP Server?

Which SIP client product is this user using?

Thanks

BREKEKE first to register, and then forwarded to the UCM.

Do you want to forward a call to Grandstream UCM 61XX from a mobile user?

What SIP client is a mobile user using?

Have you read this?

I also have a similar problem on 4G call connection though it works on wifi well.

- Registration is done successfully
- Invitation call is not recognized from a callee, so status stays on 'Inviting'

Is there any other setting required for 4G Question

Choi,
Which version of Brekeke SIP Server are u using?

Is the callee using an IP address in Shared Address Space?
https://tools.ietf.org/rfc/rfc6598.txt
It is 100.64.0.0-100.127.255.255.

Which SIP client is the callee using?

Brekeke SIP server version is 3.5.3.0.

From my understanding, Brekeke SIP server supports Shared address space from 3.4 so I guess no need to setup something for RFC6598 on Brekeke SIP Server.

Could you let me know how callee uses IP in Shared address space? Or do I need to set up the configuration on a server itself or Brekeke Server or Client(PortSIP)?

If the client is registered in the Brekeke SIP Server, you can check the client's source IP address in [Registered Clients] page. See " (Source IP Address) " in the page.

Try reducing NAT traversal's [Interval (ms)] in [Configuration]->[SIP] page. such as 5000. It will keep opening the connection pass between the SIP Server and the client.
