Hi,
Brekeke PBX has the IVR feature as default.
If you want complicated IVR flows, you can setup them with the IVR designer.
Thank you. _________________ Brett |

In Brekeke PBX, you can set IVR follow the floor.
It mean. When we make call to Brekeke PBX. You will hear press 1 for English, press 2 for Japanese.
If you press 1, you will hear: press 100 to speak with Sale department, press 101 to speak with Technical department |

Mr Tho,
You can do it with either IVR designer or IVR script.
