1. Brekeke Product Name and Version: SIP Proxy 3.4.4.4
2. Java version: Java 8_171 (upgraded to _181)
3. OS type and the version: Windows
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
5. Your problem:
We have Brekeke SIP Proxy set to use the default Java Machine. It works with Java 8_171 64-bit.
System automatically updated to version 8_181 (32 and 64-bit), and Proxy quit working. Could not start the service.
Does version SIP Proxy Server 3.4.4.4 work with Java 8_181? If we ONLY have _171 64-bit currently, and the upgrade installed both 32 and 64-bit version of _181, should we uninstall the 32-bit version?
Or, should we upgrade SIP Proxy software to latest version?
Right now we can't upgrade Java any longer because it's a production environment and we can't risk a guess.
Thank you! |

Thank you!
I did check that and I bet the issue is that it had both 32bit and 64bit installed and was looking at the wrong one for its Default Machine.
I found out a bunch of information regarding Java and this was helpful as well. |
