How to Remove Server Header in 100 Trying

2. Java version:1.8

3. OS type and the version:RHEL6

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:Multiple

5. Your problem: BSS sends 100 trying message with "Server: Brekeke SIP Server rev.493-3".

How to remove the SERVER header from 100 trying?
If I need to change " Brekeke SIP Server rev.493-3" to something else as a global setting, where can I set it?

If you are using an Advanced Edition, you can find [Server/User-Agent] settings at [Configuration]->[SIP] page.
So you can put your own name there.
