OnDO SIP Server 1.3.1.4 was released 14 years ago...
Why you are still using such a very old version.
According to the version history, TCP handing was added in version 2.2.0.7.

Let you upgrade your version 1.3 to the latest one. It is 3.9.1.3.
It supports TCP, TLS and WebSocket as a transport protocol for SIP. |
