Provisioning issue using https

1. Brekeke Product Name and Version:
Brekeke SIP Server, Version 3.9.4.1/517-1

2. Java version:1.8.0_221

3. OS type and the version: Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Yealink phones

5. Your problem:
The provisioning didn't work using https.
Lets take the yealink phone firmware update as example. When calling the provisioning url (https://servername.domain:8443/sip/pv/T40G-76.84.0.15.rom), we receive HTTP 503 – Service Unavailable.

In my platform http binding should be disabled.

Test with http but same issue.

Any solution please ?

Just I added this on my pv config and my issue was resolved :
filter_ip=^.+$
