1. Brekeke Product Name and Version: BSS Adv Ver 3.8

2. Java version:1.8

3. OS type and the version:RHEL 7

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: SIP Client Linphone (Desktop as well as Andriod & IOS)

5. Your problem:

BSS server will be available on Public IP.
Employees working from home will be behind their house WIFI routes using SIP clients on their Desktop's or phones registering to BSS.

Do we need a STUN/TURN server for this setup?
Do we need port forwarding configured on the WIFi routers ?
Do you have any document for this seup?

> Do we need a STUN/TURN server for this setup?

Generally, you don't have to. This is because the SIP Server can detect whether the SIP client is behind NAT.

Generally, you don't have to. This is because SIP-REGISTER sent from the SIP client maintains a port-mapping at the router.

This is "Far-End NAT Traversal" setup.
