Wrong IP Address in SIP FROM Line

3CX IP PBX Server

5. Your problem:

When my 3CX IP PBX sends an INVITE (or any other SIP messages) to BSS3, I noticed that the IP address in the FROM line of the SIP messages, is the IP address of the BSS3 server, NOT the IP address of my 3CX server.

What would be causing this? The messages are definitely coming 'from' the 3CX server which is on a completely different public IP address.

This problem was caused by 3CX.

Once I got this fixed, then everything else (security, etc) works fine in BSS3.
